Cambridge College Partnership
Beacon Services of Connecticut’s partnership with Cambridge College offers a 10% tuition discount and up to 60% tuition assistance for qualified staff members as they pursue their Master of Education or their Ph.D. in Applied Behavior Analysis.
Staff who are pursuing their Master of Education can complete their BCBA fieldwork experience while working for Beacon. This fully remote program prepares enrollees to sit for the national Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) exam and upon passing you will meet one of the requirements to become a Licensed Behavior Analyst in Connecticut.
In addition, staff may also pursue their Ph.D. in Applied Behavior Analysis with a specialization in autism intervention focusing on early education/intervention and severe behavior disorders. This three-year, 48 credit doctoral-level program of study was designed with working professionals in mind. Faculty are Doctoral Level Practicing Behavior Analysts at Beacon and affiliated companies. The curriculum places a combined focus on providing hands-on clinical leadership training which prepares students for leadership roles in human service organizations, along with advanced research and dissemination of applied behavior analysis, and a final dissertation. This program gives clinicians the expertise and credentials needed to better serve clients in the community and to train future behavior analysts.
